Setting up an account will allow you to create a repayment plan that is acceptable to all involved. By creating an account, you agree to electronic communication via your private email. Anais joined the Sarma Team in 2004. She started as a collector, moved up as an administrative collections representative and had the opportunity to work as the executive operations assistant for the President/CEO of Sarma. Anais has provided excellent attention to detail working in close coordination with the CEO, corporate head departmental managers and Board members of the organization; she also oversees the Sales team members and Marketing department.
She currently serves as the Executive Operations Assistant / Manager and is responsible for the reviewing and overseeing the credit and collections activities of the organization, handles the day to day outstanding invoice and departmental financials, manages our staff members to ensure the collections department is efficient while enforcing company policies and procedures.
Anais attended to San Antonio College for Business Administration/Criminal Justice.
