Tim is a practicing attorney with over 33 years’ experience in Austin, San Antonio, throughout Texas and Washington DC.  Tim’s primary focus is on business and government advice to individuals, small businesses, nonprofits, and governments. His representative public clients include the likes of the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization in Austin and nonprofits such as Sarma Charitable Foundation, as well as many private clients.  Tim serves and supports his community. He is a former active-duty US Army officer and veteran.  He is a former Chair and Trustee for VIA Metro Transit in San Antonio. He is currently involved in volunteer development with the University of Texas Dell Medical School in Austin. Tim is an Honors graduate of the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
