On July 1st, 2020, SCI introduced a new payer payment portal. This new portal gives a payer more flexibility and control over payment amount, payment plans and negotiations without having to call or talk to an SCI representative. Additionally, it is a real-time database that provides payers with up-to-date balance information and the ability to choose flexible payment terms without feeling pressured. SCI’s payment portal also provides a secure internal email option to privately communicate with SCI. This system is a 24/7/365 option for ultimate convenience and flexibility!
SCI chose Applied Innovation because of its reputation in the third party collection space. They worked with our staff to insure that our needs were met.
