An industry experienced professional with a versatile background in Consumer Credit Reporting, Mortgage Lenders Services, Background Screening, Collection Operations, and Marketing with a successful sales track record in established markets as well as new markets. Also experienced in merger and acquisition (business and real estate) transactions.
Bob attended the University of Georgia at Athen, ACB Southern Management Institute. He also attended Harvard Business School Executive Education, Field Of Study – Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
Bob has served on numerous nat’l association boards. Most recently he served on Credit Data International Association.
Since 2011 Bob has served on the Tournament Leadership Council (TLC) of the Valero Texas Open.
Since 2008, Bob has served on the Board of Governors (BOG) for The SA Youth Centers, He as held numerous leadership positions within the boards such as Treasure, Strategic Chair and Chairman of the BOG’s.
Since 2023, Bob has been a Director for the National Credit Reporting Association purpose of the National Consumer Reporting Association is to promote the general welfare of its members: credit reporting agencies, tenant screening companies, employment screening companies and all issuers of consumer reports; as well as the businesses they serve and the consumers whose information they report.
Nic started at Sarma as an Intern in 2017, as Sarma’s Database Analyst and Marketing Manager. In 2018, Nic joined Sarma as a full-time employee continuing to handle the Database Analytics and Marketing duties, as well developing Sarma’s Telemarketing , Websites, Social Media and Contract Operations Departments.
In 2016, Nic worked as an intern for the US District Courts assisting with hardware, network topography and data management while attending the University of the Incarnate Words, Under Graduate BBA program in their HEB School of Business.

Anais joined the Sarma Team in 2004. She started as a collector, moved up as an administrative collections representative and had the opportunity to work as the executive operations assistant for the President/CEO of Sarma. Anais has provided excellent attention to detail working in close coordination with the CEO, corporate head departmental managers and Board members of the organization; she also oversees the Sales team members and Marketing department.
She currently serves as the Executive Operations Assistant / Manager and is responsible for the reviewing and overseeing the credit and collections activities of the organization, handles the day to day outstanding invoice and departmental financials, manages our staff members to ensure the collections department is efficient while enforcing company policies and procedures.
Anais attended to San Antonio College for Business Administration/Criminal Justice.
