Introduction to the Free Community Golf Clinic
This free community clinic held November 21, 2025, was designed to introduce young athletes to the game of golf in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment. Participants rotated through putting, chipping, and full-swing stations, gaining hands-on experience and fundamental skills taught by experienced golfers from the UIW Women’s Golf Team.

About Sarma and Its Charitable Foundation
Founded in 1907, Sarma is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. Sarma offers multiple services including mortgage credit lender services, third-party consumer collections, and tenant and employment screening services.
The Sarma Charitable Foundation (SCF) was established in 2020 and is committed to teaching financial literacy to youth in the community. Among its other goals are minimizing hunger and promoting healthy lifestyles. To date, SCF has awarded over $2.8 million dollars to non-profits, high schools, universities, and communities throughout Texas, Florida and California
