The Sarma Charitable Foundation (SCF) is excited to announce San Antonio Food Bank‘s Chief Philanthropy Officer, Michael Guerra will be the main speaker at our event. Hosted by Spurs Sports & Entertainment Community Investment Coordinator Alex Cardenas.

Ten local students will be awarded a total of $50,000 in scholarships for participating in the Sarma Charitable Foundation Scholarship program.

Headquartered in San Antonio, TX, Sarma has been providing multiple services since 1907, including mortgage lenders credit services, third-party collections, employment, and tenant screening.

In 2020, the Sarma Charitable Foundation was established with a goal of teaching financial literacy to our community, along with minimizing hunger and promoting healthy lifestyles. To date, SCF has awarded over $1.6 million dollars to Non-Profits, HS Schools, Universities and Communities throughout Texas, Florida and California.

SCF has now eclipsed the $150,000 mark in scholarship giving’s to high schools students throughout Bexar county. Sarma continues to be a leader in its industry, providing top-notch services and giving back to the community.
