Our New Normal – Temperature Checks @ Sarma

As an ongoing effort to ensure employee safety, starting Tuesday, May 26, 2020, we will begin checking temperatures for employees prior to them entering the building before their shift.
We have set up a station in the external stair hallway as employees enter from the employee entrance.  Employees are asked to enter 1 at a time for checks to be conducted. If there is a screening in progress, we ask that employees wait outside the building, 6ft apart, until it is their turn.

For employees that arrive at a time when we are not available or in the office, there will be an iPad for them to FaceTime me and conduct the check, prior to entering the building. Additionally, there are disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer at the station available for use to disinfect the no contact thermometer and iPad.We will also be asking our vendors to conduct the same screening, prior to them entering the building.
