Introducing Meridianlink’s Latest Encompass EPC Features – November 2025 Release

We are pleased to share our latest updates from the Encompass EPC Release for November 2025, for detailed please contact your sales representative.  These enhancements are designed to streamline your workflow and deliver greater flexibility within Encompass.

Highlighted November Features:

• Permanent Un-merge of Credit Files:
  You can now permanently un-merge joint credit reports directly within Encompass, saving time and simplifying the process.
• Applicant Swapping on Credit Files:
  Easily swap applicants on a credit file within Encompass, eliminating the need to navigate outside the platform. Please note: applicants must be swapped or unmerged on the Encompass Loan file and saved before submitting the request.
• Saving Defaults for Manual Order Settings:
  Users can now set defaults for Auto Import Liabilities and Exclude Zero Balance directly on the credit order screen, making manual orders faster and more consistent.
• Invoice Retrieval:
  Seamlessly pull credit file invoices into the Encompass eFolder, with the ability to import the total amount into a custom field for flexible loan mapping. (Requires Use-Case 2.0 to be enabled.)
