The Sarma Charitable Foundation (SCF) is proud to announce the lineup for its 4th Annual Flagship Event, taking place on May 14, 2026, at the Sonterra Golf and Country Club.
This year’s celebration will be hosted by John “Coach Val” Valenzuela and features a keynote address from Dr. Daniel P. Martinez.
A highlight of the evening will be the presentation of $50,000 in scholarships to 10 deserving local students.
This milestone marks a significant achievement for the Foundation, as it officially surpasses $200,000 in total scholarship funding awarded to high school students.
Since 1907, Sarma has been a cornerstone of the San Antonio business community, providing expert mortgage credit lenders services, third-party collections, and background screening solutions nationally.
In 2020, the company expanded its legacy of service by establishing the Sarma Charitable Foundation. To date, the SCF has donated over $2.8 million to nonprofits and educational institutions across Texas, California and Florida, focusing on financial literacy, hunger relief, and sustainable health.
