Dawn Harvey is the Chief Financial Officer and serves on the Board of Directors at Sarma.  Dawn is responsible for overseeing the accounting and finance functions of the organization, including; the development and execution of the organization’s financial strategy, and guiding the accounting department to meet the expectations of client and internal stakeholders.

Ms. Harvey joined Sarma in 2015 with over 12 years of progressive experience as an accounting professional, which included working in the highly regulated healthcare industry.  She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Texas Society of CPA’s and the Utah Association of CPA’s.  Dawn earned her Master of Business Administration and Graduate Certificate in Accounting from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT.  She also received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Utah.
