Sarma Awards New Website Design Project to San Antonio Based – Blonde Creative, July 6, 2020.

After nearly 7 years, Sarma will be retiring its current website theme. We are excited to announce that we have chosen Blonde Creative (a San Antonio based Company) to begin the re-design of Sarma’s website. Blonde Creative was awarded the project through an extensive search that vetted 5 other companies ranging from national, state and local web development and design organizations. Blonde Creative met all our requirements and timelines. Working with Louis Cardenas and Rik Wederstrandt of Blonde Creative, we were able to design a project build that will meet our customer needs and requirements. Sarma customers and prospective customers are looking for easy access to products and information, as well immediate availability to our personnel via chats, email and online communications tools. Loading speed of our website pages using any devices whether it’s a desktops, or any type of mobile devices was also a priority for our customers.

 

Additionally, this year Sarma introduced a touch-free online contract and documents access portal ( using DocuSign) for prospective customers that has been very effective in the on-boarding of new customers and products, which we plan on enhancing through a new web theme and design. This month we also added an interactive payment portal to Sarma Collections Inc. webpage that offers multiple repayment options and allows payer’s the ability to manage their accounts without contacting our office.
