San Antonio, Texas — May 27, 2026 — Sarma today issued the following statement regarding the announcement that Xactus has acquired Mortgage Credit Link (MCL), which will now operate under the new name XedaLink as an independent subsidiary.  

Sarma values its partnerships and remains committed to maintaining stability, consistency, and uninterrupted service for its clients and stakeholders. Based on the information provided, XedaLink will operate as a separate, independent entity from Xactus’ and its broader platforms.  

Sarma does not anticipate any impact to its operations as a result of this transaction. All day-to-day business activities will continue as normal, with no expected disruption to services, technology, or client support.  

Importantly, this development will not result in any changes to Sarma’s workforce. There are no anticipated impacts to employees, and all roles, responsibilities, and organizational structures will remain unchanged. 

Sarma leadership will continue to monitor the transition closely and engage with partners as needed to ensure continued alignment and service excellence.
