Executive Operations Assistant
Ms. Campos joined the SCI team in 2003. She has over 15 years of third-party collections experience, with vast knowledge of our batch tracking strategies and data analytics. Anais handles the day to day collections strategies, schedules and client interactions. She is well versed in collection tactics, collection law and debtor negotiations.

Linda joined the SCI Team in 2015. She currently serves as the Compliance Director for Sarma. Linda is responsible for the review and overseeing the enforcement of company policies and procedures to meet operational quality assurance goals to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Her compliance management structure has helped Sarma pass CFPB related annual audits, a requirement by one of Sarma’s key clients’.
Linda is also responsible for the resolution and management of pre-litigated cases as well as mitigating the company’s future risk and exposure in regards to cases involving alleged violations of the FCRA, TCPA, FCRA, and various other state and federal consumer protection statutes. Linda stays up to date with changing laws by engaging with peers as a member of the American Collectors Association (ACA International), InsideARM, Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA), Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA), National Credit Reporting Association (NCRA), and several others.
Linda obtained a Master of Business Administration in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University, in San Antonio, TX, graduating Magna Cum Laude and a Bachelor of Criminal Justice with a minor in Business Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Currently, Linda is enrolled at St. Mary’s University School of Law to further her education to obtain a Master of Jurisprudence degree in Compliance, Business Law, and Risk.

Mr. Benavides has over 35 years experience in the Consumer Credit and Collection industry. He is a seasoned industry executive specializing in consumer credit data, collection services, mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Benavides serves on the board of numerous national industry associations including Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA), Southern Management Institute - Dean, Mortgage Reporting Advisory Council, Educational Task Force, Southern Management Institute -Trustee and the International Credit Association.

Mr. Benavides attended Southern Management Institute at University of Georgia and completed the Executive Curriculum and Program on Negotiation at Harvard University.

Ms. Harvey joined Sarma in 2015 with over 12 years of experience as an accounting professional. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with experience working in highly regulated industries, such as healthcare. Ms. Harvey is a member of the Texas Society of CPA’s and the Utah Association of CPA’s.
She earned her Master of Business Administration and Graduate Certificate in Accounting from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT. She also received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Utah.

Esther joined the Sarma Team in 2016. She currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for Sarma. Esther has 7 years of experience in Human Resources with a vast experience in recruitment, HR compliance, employee relations, and benefits. Esther obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource Management from Eastern Washington University in Cheney, WA.
Esther currently holds her Society of Human Resources – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification and is a member of SHRM and the local SHRM chapter, SAHRMA. Esther manages the tactical and strategic Human Resources operations for the organization. In addition to assuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, Esther builds partnerships with management and individual employees to provide interpretation and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and related documentation. Esther manages the recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure staffing levels are maintained. Additionally, she has implemented employee and leadership development training to help all employees meet the organizations commitment to deliver to on our products and services to our clients.
- Micah MaloneyTechnology Manager
Having worked in the IT field for over 20 years, Micah brings a wealth of technical expertise to Sarma. He began his career at Sarma 16 years ago starting as IT Technician and rose up the ranks to System Administrator, Supervisor, and now his current position.
His duties have included infrastructure upgrades, support, and contingency planning, and he continues to ensure that all technology operations and assets are designed, documented, maintained, and expanded to meet Sarma’s growing needs.
He attended San Antonio College, and has several certifications from Microsoft and recently Security+.
