Bob Benavides, President and CEO

Mr. Benavides has over 27 years experience in the Consumer Credit and Collection industry. He is a seasoned industry executive specializing in consumer credit data, collection services, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Benavides serves on the board of numerous national industry associations including Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA), Southern Management Institute - Dean, Mortgage Reporting Advisory Council, Educational Task Force, Southern Management Institute -Trustee and the International Credit Association. He also serves on the local boards of the Consumer Credit Counseling Services and SA Youth non-profit organization. Mr. Benavides attended Southern Management Institute at University of Georgia and completed the Executive Curriculum and Program on Negotiation at Harvard University.

Linda Stolte, Senior Vice President & CFO

Ms. Stolte joined Sarma in 1991. She has over 30 years experience as a financial executive. Her industry experience includes public accounting and financial services. She is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the Texas Society of CPA's. Ms. Stolte earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas in Austin.

Matthew Carpenter, General Manager of Operations

Mr. Carpenter has over fifteen years experience in areas such as digital imaging technology, asset management, project management, telecommunications, and data network development and management. He also has varied experience in marketing, graphic design and development. He graduated from Southern Methodist University's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences in data network design and received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Information Systems from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio (Go Cards). Mr. Carpenter also holds various technical, project management and security certifications.

Janet Curtis, Mortgage, Tenant and Employment Screening Manager

Ms. Curtis joined Sarma in 1995. She has over 25 years experience in the financial industry. She is FCRA certified and has extensive credit reporting knowledge. She attended the University of Texas in San Antonio and the CDIA Southern Management Institute at the University of Georgia. Ms. Curtis is a Rotarian and currently service on the Board of NCRA.
